It fits the 1st Gen AP1/AP2 chassis during a K - Series engine swap. Note: This part doesn't include the attaching bracket (90710 - SB). It's highly recommended that all installations be done by a mechanic or automotive specialist. Once the mounts are bolted down (showing bolt impressions), they can't be returned or swapped.
